Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef steak (such as round or chuck)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

  2. Layer the vegetables: Place the seasoned beef in the bottom of the Crockpot. Add the chopped onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms on top.
  3. Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour this mixture over the meat and vegetables, ensuring everything is coated.
  5. Cover the Crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Serve hot, and pair with mashed potatoes or rice.
