Delightful low-sugar, high-protein cake pops that satisfy your sweet tooth without guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, natural peanut butter, and rolled oats. Mix well until a dough-like texture forms.
  2. Form the Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the balls are compact to prevent them from falling apart.
  3. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Alternatively, you can use a double boiler for melting.
  4. Coat the Cake Pops: Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
  5. Set the Pops: Place the coated cake pops back on the parchment paper and let them cool until the chocolate hardens. You can speed up this process by placing them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  6. Enjoy: Serve your healthy cake pops as a snack or dessert whenever you want a guilt-free treat!

Notes

Chill mixture for easier handling and maintain uniform size for even coating.
